Weighted method for evaluation of quantitative and qualitative indexes of medical care in subjects of hospital

Objective To study the weighted method for evaluation of quantitative and qualitative indexes of medical care in subjects of hospitals. Methods Weight of each subject was calculated on the basis of standard workload in a certain period of time and expressed as a workload unit that is equivalent to the total workload unit of the whole hospital or all the evaluated subjects.Weights of relative indexes were calculated with the same methods. Results The weight indexes of different subjects had identical properties after the quantitative and qualitative indexes of medical care were weighted. Conclusion Weight indexes can significantly influence weighted value,and the commonly accepted standard value should be used in calculation of weights.
