Cognition of nursing in army nurses and those hired on contract and its influence factors: A comparative analysis

Objective To compare the recognition of nursing in Army nurses and those hired on contract and its influence factors to provide a certain theoretical foundation for nursing management. Methods Recognition of nursing was investigated in 150 nurses by filling out self-designed questionnaire,and the results were analyzed with CHISS statistical software. Results A significant difference in recognition and self assessment of nursing techniques was found between Army nurses and those hired on contract. Conclusion Different methods should be employed in the management of different nurses according to their characteristics.
