Study on clinical transfusion of stored whole blood at non-4℃

Objective: In order to provide dependences for blood preservation and it's clinical use in battle fields,we studied the feasibility of whole blood transfusion after stored at non-4℃. Methods: We collected 9volunteers'whole blood,then have stored the m at 28℃ for 3days. At the end of 3days,transfused eachself. Results: The hemoglobin increased in the volunteers blood sample and the re is no adverse reactions. Conclusion: The whole blood that stored at non-4℃ can be transfused.
