Abstract
Ascitic and pleura fluid samples from 22 patients with hepatitis, cirrhosis, 6 with hepatoma, 19 with malignant tumors, 10 with T. B pleurisy, 10 with inflammation were examined for lactic dehydrogenase, abenosine deaminase, fibrin/fibrinogen dedradation products, iron binding protein and C-reactive protein. The paramaters in T. B pleurisy, inflammation, malignant tumors, hepatoma, cirrhsis, hepatitis were evaluated. The paramaters were not obviously different among T. B inflammation, malignant tumors or bepatoma and cirrhosis, hepatitis (p>0.05). But they were signicantly higher in T. B, inflammation, malignant tumors than in cirrhosis hepatoma (p<0.01). The concentration o CRP in inflammation was higher than those in others.
