基于吲哚菁绿的荧光导航技术指导肿瘤切除的临床应用进展

Application of indocyanine green by fluorescence imaging technology in cancer surgery

  • 摘要: 手术切除是目前治疗实体肿瘤的首选方案,精准切除可有效改善患者预后。术中荧光导航技术有望实时指导肿瘤精准切除,吲哚菁绿(indocyanine green,ICG)是我国批准的唯一可用于临床的近红外荧光造影剂。基于ICG的近红外一区(near-infrared window Ⅰ,NIR-Ⅰ)荧光导航技术已用于指导多种肿瘤切除,证实了其较好的临床应用价值。最近发现基于ICG的近红外二区(near-infrared window Ⅱ,NIR-Ⅱ)荧光成像显著提高了荧光成像质量,可提高肿瘤组织完全切除率。本文总结分析了基于ICG的荧光导航技术术中指导肿瘤切除的临床研究结果,以期为临床治疗提供意见。

     

    Abstract: Surgical resection is the first choice for treatment of solid tumors, and accurate resection can effectively improve the prognosis of patients. Intraoperative fluorescence navigation technology is expected to guide accurate tumor resection intraoperatively. Indocyanine green (ICG) is the only near-infrared fluorescence agent approved for clinical use in China. Near-infrared-Ⅰ (NIR-Ⅰ) fluorescence navigation technique based on ICG has been used to guide the resection of various tumors, which is also proved to be of great value during the clinical application. Recently, it is found that ICG can be used for the near-infrared-Ⅱ (NIR-Ⅱ) fluorescence imaging, which further improves the quality of fluorescence imaging and the complete resection rate of the tumor. This paper summarizes and analyzes the clinical studies of fluorescence navigation technology based on ICG in guiding tumor resection intraoperatively, in order to provide suggestions for clinical treatment.
