黑色素纳米颗粒在M1/M2巨噬细胞极化中的作用研究进展

  • 摘要: 纳米材料因其尺寸小、易被吞噬的特性,在细胞免疫调控与组织再生领域的作用成为研究热点。黑色素纳米颗粒因其广泛来源和良好性能广受关注。本文综述了黑色素纳米颗粒在调控M1/M2巨噬细胞极化转变方面的研究进展,探讨了黑色素纳米颗粒对M1型和M2型巨噬细胞极化的影响,分析可能的调控机制,并对其临床应用前景进行展望。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, researchers on nanomaterials in the fields of cell regulation and tissue regeneration have gradually deepened due to their small size and susceptibility to phagocytosis. Among them, melanin nanoparticles have received significant attention due to their wide range of sources and good performance. This article reviews the progression of melanin nanoparticles in regulating macrophage phenotype. In this article, the effects of melanin nanoparticles on M1 and M2 macrophages are discussed, the possible regulatory mechanisms are analyzed, and then the prospects for clinical application are prospected. With the deepening of research, the application of melanin nanoparticles in the field of biomedicine will be more extensive.
