摘要:公立医院高质量发展成为新时代医改主旋律,人才队伍建设是公立医院实现高质量发展的关键因素。本研究通过分析公立医院高质量发展试点医院人才队伍建设经验,探讨如何通过前瞻性人才布局规划、人才合作平台搭建、人才分类分层评价体系建设等措施,持续助力公立医院人才高质量发展,提高公立医院综合实力和国际竞争力。Abstract:The high-quality development of public hospital has become the main theme of medical reform in the new era. The construction of talent team is the key factor for public hospital to achieve high-quality development. By analyzing the experience of building the talent team of pilot hospital for high-quality development, this study discussed how to continuously help the highquality talent development of public hospital and improve the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of public hospital through forward-looking talent layout planning, establishment of talent cooperation platform, construction of classification and stratification evaluation system and other measures.
