联勤医院医疗质量同质化管理美国经验借鉴与实施路径探讨

Exploration of the U. S. Experience in Healthcare Quality Homogenization Management and Implementation Paths in the PLA Joint Logistics Support Force

    摘要:现阶段联勤医院医疗质量管理缺乏可推广的同质化管理模式和评价标准,患者就医信息难以共享,借鉴美军医院信息共享、质量管理标准化、质量评价指标化等模式,提出联勤医院应当基于现有联勤医院质量管理组织架构,对医疗质量管理体系做好制度顶层设计,基于PDCA进行组织体系、督导体系、监控体系、评价体系和改进体系的同质化管理;依托医疗质量信息管理平台,实施网格化的质量监控、巡查、反馈、评价,促进医院的医疗质量管理的规范化、标准化、体系化。

    Abstract: At the present stage, the lack of replicable and homogenized management model and evaluation criteria for healthcare quality management in hospitals of the PLA Joint Logistics Support Force, and it is difficult to share information about patients' medical treatment. Drawing on the models of U. S. military hospitals in information sharing, quality management standardization, and quality evaluation indexing, we propose that the coalition hospitals should do a good job of systematic top-level design of the healthcare quality management system based on the existing coalition hospitals' quality management organization structure, and carry out the organizational system based on the PDCA, Supervision system, monitoring system, evaluation system and improvement system of homogeneous management; relying on the healthcare quality information management platform, the implementation of grid quality monitoring, inspection, feedback, evaluation, and promote the standardization, standardization, systematization of the hospital's quality management.
