Research advances in assessment standards for muscle fatigue induced by military training

  • 摘要: 军事训练引发的肌肉疲劳直接影响训练效能与损伤风险,亟需建立科学的评估体系。本文围绕肌肉疲劳产生机制,归纳了适用于军事训练的主观评估方法与客观检测方法,并分析其适用性与局限性;同时总结了可穿戴生物传感器、超声成像等现代监测技术的应用现状与发展趋势。分析表明,当前军事训练肌肉疲劳评估尚缺乏统一、多维度的“金标准”;随着传感技术进步,构建精准、实时、契合实战化需求的评估体系,将有助于优化训练实施、降低损伤风险并提升训练效能。

     

    Abstract: Muscle fatigue induced by military training directly affects training effectiveness and injury risk, highlighting the urgent need for a scientifically validated assessment system. This review focuses on the mechanisms underlying muscle fatigue and summarizes subjective evaluation methods and objective detection techniques applicable to military training scenarios, along with an analysis of their respective advantages and limitations. The application status and development trends of modern monitoring technologies—such as wearable biosensors and ultrasound imaging—are also discussed. The analysis indicates that current muscle fatigue assessment in military training lacks a unified, multidimensional "gold standard." With advances in sensor technology, establishing a precise, real-time assessment system tailored to actual combat training requirements will facilitate optimized training implementation, reduce injury risks, and enhance overall training efficacy.
