生物组织的介电特性测量在外科手术中的应用现状与展望

Current status and prospects of dielectric property measurement of biological tissues in surgical procedures

  • 摘要: 生物组织的介电特性能反映细胞结构、含水量及病理状态,是电磁能量在组织中传播与吸收的重要参数。随着电外科、射频消融/微波消融、术中切缘评估和磁共振电特性成像等技术的进步,组织介电特性在外科手术中的应用日益广泛。本文综述了基于组织介电特性的开口同轴探头、波导/传输线法、电阻抗谱和MR-EPT 4 类测量技术及基于该技术研制的设备在外科手术中应用现状和存在问题,以促进介电特性在外科诊疗中的规范化应用。

     

    Abstract: The dielectric properties of biological tissues can reflect cellular structure, water content and pathological status, and serve as key parameters for the propagation and absorption of electromagnetic energy in tissues. With the advances in electrosurgery, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), microwave ablation (MWA), intraoperative margin assessment, magnetic resonance electrical properties tomography (MR-EPT), and other related technologies, the application of tissue dielectric properties in surgical procedures has become increasingly widespread. This paper reviews the research status and existing problems of four major measurement technologies based on tissue dielectric properties—including the open-ended coaxial probe, waveguide/transmissionline method, electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and MR-EPT—as well as the devices developed based on these technologies for surgical practice, aiming to promote the standardized application of dielectric properties in surgical diagnosis and therapy.
