三维适形放射治疗晚期胰腺癌疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy on advanced pancreatic cancer

摘要: 目的: 评价晚期不能手术的胰腺癌患者应用三维适形放射治疗的近期疗效。方法: 对63例晚期不能手术的胰腺癌患者进行了三维适形放射治疗,总结分析了治疗的疗效和近期生存率。结果: 此组患者治疗后背痛缓解率为82.5%,近期总有效率为88.9%,1年生存率62.8%,1.5年生存率为48.5%。结论: 三维适形放射治疗能明显缓解晚期胰腺癌患者的症状,是一种安全可靠有效的治疗方法。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the treatment effects of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy on advanced,unresectable pancreatic cancer. Methods: Clinical effects,1-year survival rates and 1.5-year survival rates in 63 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer,were analized.Results: The back pain relief rate was 82.5% after treatmant by three dimensional conformal radiotherapy.Efficacious ratio（CR+PR） was 88.9%.The 1-year and 1.5-year survival rates were 62.8% and 48.5%,respectively. Conclution: Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy which is a safe and effective treatment, can alleviate symptoms in patients with advanced ,unresectable pancreatic cancer.
