Abstract: The development history of pharmacy and the events in the academy of hospital pharmacy are analyzed to discuss the challenge and strategy of Chinese hospital pharmacy service transformation under new circumstances.In the result,it is the contemporary demand to improve the Chinese hospital pharmacy service.We can promote the pharmaceutical care by accomplishing the regulation system,improve pharmacy fundamental education and strengthen pharmacists' abilities.
