颅内动脉狭窄的经颅多普勒检测与MRA的对照研究

Transcranial cerebral Doppler ultrasonic and magnetic resonance angiography in detection of cerebral artery stenosis: A control study

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨经颅多谱勒检查(TCD)与磁共振血管成像技术(MRA)在颅内动脉狭窄临床评价中的一致性。 方法 经颅多普勒超声仪对79例患者分别探测大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)及大脑后动脉(PCA),观察收缩期血流速(Vs)、平均血流速(Vm)、脉动指数(PI)及动脉血流方向和多普勒声频及频谱;同时进行MRA检查。 结果 TCD检测和MRA检查结果一致的占85.23%。 结论 TCD与头部MRA对颅内动脉狭窄评估结果的相符性良好。TCD检查简便易行成本低,可作为诊断颅内动脉狭窄的筛选手段。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the consistency of transcranial Doppler(TCD) ultrasonic and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) in detection of cerebral artery stenosis in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Systolic velocity(Vs) and mean velocity(Vm) of middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterial cerebral artery(ACA),and posterior cerebral artery(PCA),pulse index(PI),artery blood flow direction,and Doppler frequency in 79 patients with ischemic stroke were measured with TCD ultrasonic and magnetic resonance angiographic instruments. Results The consistency of TCD ultrasonic and magnetic resonance angiography in detection of cerebral artery stensis was 85.23%. Conclusion The consistency of TCD ultrasonic and magnetic resonance angiography in detection of cerebral artery stensis is rather good.TCD ultrasonic angiography is easy to perform,low in cost,and can be used in detection of cerebral artery stenosis.
