华南地区招飞体检学生心电图异常情况调查分析

Abnormal findings on ECG of pilot candidates from South China

  • 摘要: 目的 分析华南地区招飞体检学生登梯运动试验前后心电图异常淘汰情况。 方法 对2004-2008年招飞体检5 604例应届高中毕业生及171例大学生平静及登梯运动试验后心电图和血压资料作回顾性分析。受试者运动试验前描记平静12导联心电图,正常者按照《空军招收飞行学员体格检查方法》进行登梯运动试验。 结果 共淘汰398例,占6.9%;其中平静心电图异常淘汰225例(3.9%),登梯运动试验异常淘汰173例(3.0%)。平静异常心电图中,淘汰构成比依次为电轴右/左偏占22.2%/19.1%,T波改变占14.7%,室性早搏占10.7%,电轴偏移淘汰居平静异常心电图首位。登梯运动试验异常心电图中,淘汰构成比ST-T改变占60.7%,增加登梯运动试验后淘汰率与运动前平静心电图检查相比有统计学差异(χ2=50.779 1,P<0.01)。 结论 登梯运动试验有助于提高心电图异常检出率;建议采用标准的平板运动试验,进一步提高招飞体检质量。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the elimination of pilot candidates from South China due to abnormal ECG before and after climbing ladder exercise test. Methods The ECG and blood pressure about 5 604 senior middle school graduates and 171 university students at rest and after climbing ladder exercise test during the pilot recruit physical examination in 2004-2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Their 12-lead ECG at rest was recorded before the climbing ladder exercise test.Those with a normal ECG underwent the climbing ladder exercise test following the air force pilot recruit physical examination methods. Results A total of 398 candidates(6.9%) were eliminated according to their ECG and blood pressure.Of the 398 eliminated candidates,225(3.9%) were eliminated due to abnormal ECG at rest and 173(3.0%) were eliminated due to abnormal climbing ladder exercise test.The elimination proportion was 22.2%/19.1% due to right/left axis deviation,14.7% were eliminated due to T wave change,and 10.7% were eliminated due to premature ventricular contraction on abnormal ECG at rest.The axis deviation on ECG at rest was the first reason of elimination.The elimination proportion was 60.7% due to ST-T change on abnormal ECG after the climbing ladder exercise test.The elimination rate was significantly different before and after the climbing ladder exercise test(χ2=50.779 1,P<0.01). Conclusion Climbing ladder exercise test is helpful to show more abnormal ECG findings.Standard treadmill exercise test should be performed to improve pilot recruit physical examination.
