Abstract: Objective To analyze the trans-vaginal ultrasound imaging features of ectopic pregnancy and assess their value for the level diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods One hundred and four ectopic pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were included in this study.Their diagnosis was confirmed by trans-vaginal ultrasonic examination and positive urine HCG or blood β-HCG,and their trans-vaginal ultrasound imaging features were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 104 patients,92（94.57%） were diagnosed with tubal pregnancy,3 with ovarian pregnancy,3 with uterine pregnancy,3 misdiagnosed,3（66.67%） with incision pregnancy,2（66.67%） with interstitial pregnancy,3（100%） with cervical pregnancy,1（100%） with abdominal pregnancy. Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy imaging shows its specific features.Trans-vaginal color ultrasonography is the first choice of method in level diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
