腹腔镜胃肠手术中第二助手的配合要求

Cooperation requirements of a second assistant in laparoscopy gastrointestinal operation

摘要: 随着腹腔镜技术在胃肠外科领域的广泛开展,对于手术规范化的要求也逐渐提高。相对于传统的开放手术而言,腔镜手术对于团队的配合要求更高。扶镜助手在整个腹腔镜团队的培养中至关重要,对于初次接触腔镜的医师常受惑于扶镜助手身份和视角的转换。目前,国内对于腹腔镜胃肠手术术者的培训较多,本文通过对腹腔镜配合中助手的工作进行经验总结,希望能够为今后腹腔镜助手培训的规范化有所启示。

Abstract: With the wide application of laparoscopy operation in gastrointestinal surgery,the requirements for surgical standards have gradually increased.The cooperation requirements for laparoscopy operation team are higher than those for traditional open surgery.Thus,the training of assistants is critically important for the laparoscopy operation team.It is difficult to those who first perform laparoscopy operation to cooperate with the assistant.The training opportunities for the laparoscopy gastrointestinal surgeons are quite more at present.Our experiences in laparoscopy gastrointestinal surgery were summarized in order to provide some enlightenment for the standard training of assistants for laparoscopy gastrointestinal surgeons.
