Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of vaccination on development of nervous system in mice.
Methods Amino acid sequences in 9 vaccine pathogens were compared with those that may lead to developmental disturbance of the nervous system in mice.Homologous sequences(≥ 5-6AA) were synthesized to immunize the mice. Amino acid sequences that may lead to developmental disturbance of the nervous system were detected by ELISA.
Results The serum anti-AS-4 antibody titer was significantly higher in mice with developmental disturbance of the nervous system than in those without developmental disturbance of the nervous system. The AS-4 with the amino acid homologous sequences in relation with the developmental disturbance of the nervous system was of greater research value. The infiltration of T lymphocytes was detected in brain tissue of AS-4 immunized mice.
Conclusion The immune system of mice has immune response to the protein with homologous sequences of vaccine.
