Abstract:
Objective To improve the teaching level and efficacy of nasal endoscopic anatomy training.
Methods Teaching efficacy of interactive teaching mode in nasal endoscopic anatomy training was assessed using the visual analogue scale and questionnaire of nasal endoscopic anatomy training.
Results The questionnaire of nasal endoscopic anatomy training was filled in by 157 trainees according to the visual analogue scale scoring system. Their understanding of nasal anatomy was significantly better after training than before training(
F=2 199.941 9
vs F=425.731 3,
P=0.000 01). They had a best understanding of the maxillary sinus anatomy and a poorest understanding of the cavernous sinus both before and after training. Their understanding level in all the 16 aspects of nasal anatomy was significantly higher after training than before training(
P=0.000 1).
Conclusion Interactive teaching model can improve the teaching level in nasal endoscopic anatomy training.
