Effect of core competence on job burnout in junior nurses

  • 摘要: 目的 研究初级职称护理人员核心能力与职业倦怠的相关性。 方法 采用中国注册护士核心能力量表及工作倦怠量表对我院200名护士进行问卷调查。 结果 发放问卷200份,回收有效问卷189份,回收率为94.5%。初级职称护理人员核心能力的7个维度:评判性思维、临床护理、领导能力、人际关系、伦理、专业发展、教育与职业倦怠的情绪耗竭、玩世不恭和成就低落感3个维度显著相关。 结论 建议注重初级职称护理人员核心能力的培养,采取针对性及个性化培训。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the correlation between core competence and job burnout in junior nurses. Methods Core competence and job burnout in 200 nurses were investigated with questionnaire following the Competency Inventory for Registered Nurses (CIRN)and Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory (CMBI). Results Of the 200 issued questionnaires, 189 were returned with a response rate of 94.5%. The seven dimensions of core competency: critical thinking, clinical care, leadership, interpersonal relationship, ethics, professional development, mood depletion of the education are significantly correlated with three dimensions of job burnout: emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and diminished personal accomplishment. Conclusion Training should be stressed on the core competence of junior nurses.
