加强住院医师临床的心电学教育

Intensified electrocardiography education in clinicians

摘要: 目的在住院医师规范化培训中强化与临床结合的心电学教育。方法我院心脏无创检测中心轮转的住院医师218名，按照入科年限分为传统培训模式及规范化培训模式两组，并分别进行培训前后考核，比较考核成绩。结果规范化培训模式后，住院医师心电学水平大幅提高。结论在住院医师规范化培训中强化与临床结合的心电学教育，对提高住院医师的心电学水平起到重要作用。

Abstract: Objective To intensify the standardized electrocardiography education in clinicians. Methods Two hundred and eighteen clinicians in our center were divided into traditional training mode group and standardized training model group. Their examination scores before and after training were compared. Results The electrocardiolography level was significantly higher in the clinicians after standardized training than before training. Conclusion Intensified electrocardiography education can significantly improve the electrocardiography level in clinicians.
