Abstract: Objective To compare the multiple sample rates in biomedicine by CHISS statistical software. Methods Multiple sample rates were compared by the CHISS statistical software according to the Scheffé confidence interval combined with practical examples. Results The multiple sample rates calculated by the CHISS statistical software according to the Scheffé confidence interval combined with examples was accurate and reliable. Conclusion Comparative analysis of multiple sample rates can be rapidly and conveniently completed by CHISS statistical software, and can thus satisfy the needs of medical statistics teaching and data analysis in medical researchers and make up the disadvantages of medical statistical software.
