  • 摘要: 目的 观察和比较人类白细胞抗原-G5(human leukocyte antigen G5,HLA-G5)不同表达水平对肾移植术后移植肾功能延迟恢复(delayed graft function,DGF)的影响。 方法 应用酶联免疫方法(ELISA)检测HLA-G5在肾移植受者体内表达情况,分析对比HLA-G5不同表达组移植肾功能延迟恢复的发生率。 结果 肾移植术后HLA-G5高表达组无1例发生DGF,而低表达组发生率为57%(P< 0.05)。 结论 DGF的发生与HLA-G5表达水平密切相关,HLA-G5可能通过减少排斥反应减少DGF的发生。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the effect of HLA-G5 expression levels on delayed graft function (DGF) of kidneys. Methods Expression levels of HLA-G5 in kidney transplantation recipients were measured by ELISA. Effects of HLA-G5 expression levels on DGF of kidneys were comparatively analyzed. Results DGF did not occur in any kidney transplantation recipient with a high HLA-G5 expression level. However, the incidence of DGF was 57% in those with a low HLA-G5 expression level (P< 0.05). Conclusion DGF is closely related with HLA-G5 expression level in kidney transplantation recipients. HLA-G5 can reduce the incidence of DGF by decreasing the reject reaction.
