Abstract: Osteoporosis (OP) is becoming more and more prominent and brings a heavy economic burdern to the families and society due to the prolonged human life and the coming aged society. Dysfunction of osteoblasts plays a vital role in the pathogenesis of OP, and more and more attention is paid to osteoblasts by the researchers. Potassium and calcium channels in osteoblasts are reviewed, and expressions of other ion channels in osteoblasts are analyzed.
