影像引导经皮消融治疗肾细胞癌的临床应用进展

Advances in clinical application of imaging-guided percutaneous ablation treatment for renal cell carcinoma

  • 摘要: 肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)是肾最常见的原发肿瘤,发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。为了达到有效治疗RCC且同时更多地保留肾功能的目的,包括部分肾切除术及消融治疗在内的保肾手术(nephron-sparing surgery,NSS)近年来在临床的应用日趋增多,特别是对肿瘤最大径< 4 cm或因各种原因不能手术的RCC患者。经过10余年的探索,影像引导经皮消融已经成为部分RCC患者的有效治疗方法,具有安全、微创、对肾功能影响轻微等优点。本文将对临床较常用的冷冻、射频和微波3种消融治疗技术在RCC治疗方面的临床应用进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is the most common primary tumor in kidney with its morbidity rate increased year by year. Nephron-sparing surgery, such as partial nephrectomy and ablation treatment, has been widely used in clinical treatment of RCC patients, especially in treatment of those with the diameter of their RCC less than 4 cm or those who could not undergo surgery due to different reasons. Imaging-guided percutaneous ablation treatment has become an effective therapy for some RCC patients in the past 10 or more years due to its safety, minimal invasion and minor damage of renal function. Following is a review of the commonly used cryoablation, radiofrequency and microwave ablation therapies for RCC.
