Abstract: Nuclear matrix proteins and nuclear matrix binding proteins act as important roles in the process of proliferation, differentiation, signal transduction and apoptosis of osteoblast. The newly investigative progresses of the regulating function in osteoblasts of several important nuclear matrix proteins, including Nmp4/CIZ, Satb2, DNA TopoisomeraseⅡ, are summarized in this study.
