摘要: 美国空军针对各类军事飞行人员制定了详尽的医学选拔标准，完善飞行人员疾病特许指导，规范航空军医培训教育，明确医学鉴定与疾病特许权职，实行数据库管理，最大化维护美国空军投资利益，保障了现役飞行人员作战力量生成。

Abstract: United States Air Force formulates systematic medical selection criteria and revises waiver guide for their pilots. The medical training program of fight physician is improved, and fight evaluation authority is determined. The waiver management is running in specialized database, and supervised by high rank of Air Force. It results in the maintenance of best benefts of Air Force fund, and ensures production of combat force composed of fight personnel in active duty.
