Abstract:
Vascular vertigo refers to a kind of vertigo caused by cerebrovascular disease, and it can be derived from the anterior circulation, but mostly from the posterior circulation vertebral basilar artery system. The typical vascular vertigo, accompanied by neurological signs, is not diffcult to make a diagnosis in general. While untypical vascular vertigo which is not accompanied by neurological signs makes the diagnosis very difficult. Flight crews' well physical quality, strong tolerance to disease with slight symptom make that is not easy to make a diagnosis. It is particularly important to identify this kind of vascular vertigo on time and reduce serious consequences of this malignant dizziness for fight personnel.
