评价三维滚轮评定前庭功能的应用价值

3D vestibular function trainer and Coriolis rotating chair in evaluation of vestibular autonomic function: A comparative study

摘要: 目的探讨电动三维滚轮在评定前庭功能稳定性中的作用。方法 20名被试者分别接受转椅90 s和三维滚轮5 min的测试，而后依据症状和主诉对其前庭反应进行评级并对比两者通过率。结果被试者分别应用转椅90 s和三维滚轮5 min检测，二者前庭反应评级高度一致。结论电动三维滚轮可以用于前庭功能稳定性的评定。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application of 3D vestibular function trainer in evaluation of vestibular function. Methods Twenty subjects were tested by 3D vestibular function trainer for 5 min and Coriolis rotating chair for 90 s, respectively. Then they were graded according to the syndromes and their pass rates were compared. Results The qualified rates of vestibular function stability in graded subjects were 40% and 45% tested by 3D vestibular function trainer and Coriolis rotating chair, respectively. Conclusion 3D vestibular function trainer can be used in evaluation of vestibular autonomic function.
