Abstract: The endocrinology medical specialties systemof MayoClinic in USA is one of the American Boardof Medical Specialties (ABMS) center. The characteristics of its training systemthat is rigorous, well-ordered, rich in content and closely relatedtoclinic practice are introducedin this paper, which may provide some valuable experiences for us in Chinese endocrinology medical education.
