Abstract:
Pancreaticogastrostomy is a methodof digestive tract reconstruction after pancreaticoduodenectomy. The pancreatic stumpand gastric wall is anastomosedtorecover the inside and outside secretion function of pancreatic and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, such as pancreatic fistula. Pancreaticogastrostomy has its own advantages, but its widely clinical application remains tobe further confirmedin large sample prospective clinical studies. In this paper, we reviewthe current situation of relatedclinical research of pancreatic ogastrostomy, and provide a newmethodfor pancreatic anastomosis.
