健康人双侧颞下颌关节锥束CT对比测量

Comparative measurement of healthy person's bilateral temporomandibular joint by CBCT

  • 摘要: 目的 定量测量健康人的颞下颌关节(temporomandibular joint,TMJ)左右两侧,分析其是否存在差异。 方法 采用锥形束计算机体层摄影(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)对36名(72侧)健康人的TMJ进行扫描,通过对矢状位、平行于髁突长轴斜位和垂直于髁突长轴斜位进行双侧曲面重建,测量左右两侧TMJ结构各项指标,并进行两配对样本t检验。 结果 右侧半径测量值51.97±2.61,左侧半径测量值52.96±3.25,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05),其余测量值差异无统计学意义。 结论 除半径值外的一些测量指标可以用于健康人TMJ的左右两侧骨性结构一致性的判断,为颞下颌关节紊乱病(temporomandibular disorders,TMD)的诊断提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze whether there are differences in the quantitative measurement analysis of the healthy person's bilateral temporomandibular joint(TMJ). Methods Thirty-six(72 sides)healthy person's TMJ were scanned by cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT), bilateral curved planar reformation was made through sagittal position, condylar position parallelled to the long axis, and condylar incline which was perpendicular to the long axis, the indicators of the bilateral TMJ structure was measured and analyzed with two paired sample t test. Results The radius values of the bilateral TMJ measurement showed statistical significance right radius value(51.97±2.61)vs left radius value(52.96±3.25); P<0.05, while the others had no statistically significant difference. Conclusion Some measured indicators, except the radius value, can be used for the judgement of osseous structural consistency in healthy person's bilateral temporomandibular joint, which can provide some references for the diagnosis of temporomandibular disorders(TMD).
