卢立康唑醇质体对豚鼠体癣模型疗效的观察

Effect of Luliconazole ethosomes on tinea corporis model of guinea pig

  • 摘要: 目的 观察新型卢立康唑醇质体对豚鼠体癣模型的疗效。 方法 24只健康豚鼠,用砂纸法制备豚鼠体癣模型。将体癣模型随机分为卢立康唑醇质体治疗组(A)、卢立康唑脂质体治疗组(B)、卢立康唑水醇溶液治疗组(C)和对照组(D)。根据豚鼠皮疹严重程度和真菌学检查结果进行疗效评估。 结果 A组、B组和C组的豚鼠治疗后局部红斑,水肿明显减轻,治疗1周时与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05),且A组和B组疗效优于C组(P< 0.05);治疗1周时,A组、B组和C组真菌镜检、培养的阴性率均高于治疗前(P< 0.05);治疗2周时,A组、B组和C组真菌镜检、培养阴性率均为100%,优于D组(P< 0.05)。 结论 卢立康唑醇质体与卢立康唑脂质体对豚鼠体癣模型的抗真菌活性优于卢立康唑水醇溶液,卢立康唑醇质体和卢立康唑脂质体抗真菌活性无明显差异。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of new Luliconazole ethosomes on tinea corporis model of guinea pig. Mehtods Twentyfour healthy guinea pigs were employed to establish tinea corporis models with sand method. All 24 guinea pig tinea corporis models were randomly divided into 4 groups: Luliconazole ethosomes (group A), Luliconazole liposome (group B), Luliconazole aqueous alcohol solution (group C) and control group (group D). The therapeutic effect on guinea pig tinea corporis models was evaluated according to skin lesions and fungal examinations. Results Compared with that of before treatment, the erythema and edema of group A, B and C reduced significantly at one week after treatment with statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), and the effect of group A and B was better than that of group C (P< 0.05). The fungal microscopic examination negative rates of group A, B and C at one week after treatment were higher than that of before treatment (P< 0.05). The fungal microscopic examination negative rates of group A, B and C were 100% at two weeks after treatment, which were significantly higher than that of group D (P< 0.05). Conclusion The antifungal activity of Luliconazole ethosomes and Luliconazole liposome on tinea corporis models of guinea pig are better than Luliconazole aqueous alcohol solution. There is no significant difference in the antifungal activity between Luliconazole ethosomes and Luliconazole liposome.
