Abstract: Solid-pseudopapillary neoplasm of pancreas (SPN) is rare. In recent years, the detection rate of SPN is increasing owing to improved imaging techniques and further undestanding of this disease by surgeon. However, most researches about this disease are small sample, single center studies or meta-analysis. In this paper, we review the current advances in the researches of SPN, in order to provide better understanding and evidences for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
