Abstract: Negative pressure wound therapy combined with instillation is a new form of negative pressure wound therapy technology. In recent years, the negative pressure wound therapy combined with instillation has been applied to various types of wounds at various parts of the body. This article mainly reviews the clinical application of negative pressure wound therapy combined with instillation in orthopaedics and the parameters during the treatment.
