坏疽性脓皮病1例

Pyoderma gangrenosum misdiagnosed as acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis: A case report

摘要: 报告坏疽性脓皮病1例，患者男，55岁，背部红斑、结节伴疼痛10 d就诊我院。皮肤科查体：背部两处浸润性红色斑块，大小分别约16 cm×14 cm、13 cm×10 cm，可见脓疱及黄色痂皮，渗出明显。根据患者临床表现及多次组织病理检查结果，诊断为坏疽性脓皮病。

Abstract: One case of pyoderma gangrenosum is reported in this article.The patient is a 55-year-old male who presents erythema and nodules with pain on the back for ten days.Physical examination has shown two infiltrated erythematous plaque on the back with the size of 16 cm x 14 cm and 13 cm×10 cm, respectively, and pustule and scab have been found on the top of them.According to the clinical manifestations and skin biopsy results, the patient have been diagnosed as pyoderma gangrenosum.
