摘要: 非编码RNA是一类不能编码蛋白质的RNA，其异常表达和调控与肿瘤密切相关，有望成为人类研究肿瘤的突破口。随着研究的不断推进，与人类健康和疾病相关的分子生物标记物微小RNA、长链非编码RNA最终必将得到充分的开发和利用。

Abstract: Non-coding RNA is a type of non- protein-coding RNA, close relationship between abnormal expression and regulation of non-coding RNA and cancer is expected to be the breakthrough of human tumors.With the advancement of research, microRNA and long non-coding RNA as human health and disease-related molecular biomarkers will be fully developed and used.
