Abstract:
Immune tolerance is the ideal goal for organ transplantation.Related research shows regulatory B cells play an active role in immune tolerance after organ transplantation, but the cell phenotype and specific mechanism of regulatory B cells are still uncertain. In recent years, the discovery of B10 cells further reveals the mechanism of regulatory B cell in immune tolerance after organ transplantation. This article reviews recent researches on B10 cells and its role in immune tolerance after organ transplantation.
