品管圈活动对降低病理科术中冷冻报告延迟率的作用

Effect of Quality Control Circle on the deferral rate of the frozen section report in pathology department

摘要: 目的探讨品管圈活动降低病理科术中冷冻报告延迟率的应用效果。方法以解放军总医院病理科2014年6-8月术中冷冻报告为研究对象，成立品管圈，选定主题，拟定计划，分析出导致病理科术中冷冻报告延迟的现状及影响因素，对该问题进行改进。结果实施品管圈活动后，病理科术中冷冻报告延迟率由改善前的48.32%降低至改善后的24.42%。结论品管圈活动可有效降低病理科术中冷冻报告延迟率。

Abstract: Objective To compare the deferral rate of the frozen section reports before and after applying quality control circle (QCC), and to explore the effect of QCC. Methods The frozen section reports of the pathology department in Chinese PLA General hospital from June to August in 2014 were collected, and the QCC was established along with the activity themes and activity schedules. Finally the status quo and influence factors leading to the deferral of frozen section were displayed and related intervention were carried out. Results After the implementation of QCC, the deferral rate of the frozen section report decreased significantly from 48.32% to 24.42%. Conclusion QCC is able to decrease the deferral rate of the frozen section reports.
