全髋关节置换术中出血的相关因素综述

In fluencing factors of intraoperative blood loss in total hip arthroplasty

摘要: 全髋关节置换是髋关节终末期疾病最理想的治疗方法之一，往往伴随着大量的术中出血。本文对近年来讨论较多的影响全髋置换术中出血的因素如患者体质、原发疾病、伴随疾病、既往手术史、术前用药等进行梳理总结，为骨科医生术前评估及防治术中出血提供参考。

Abstract: Total hip arthroplasty (THA) is one of the most effective therapy for the end-stage hip diseases, accompanying with massive intraoperatve bleeding loss (IBL). This review summarizes major in fluencing factors of IBL that widely studied in recent years, such as demographics, protopathy, concomitant diseases, previous surgery history and preoperative pharmacotherapy. This would be a reference for orthopedists in assessing and minimizing IBL in the operation.
