可降解椎间融合器的研究进展

摘要: 椎间融合器目前广泛应用在脊柱融合手术中。可降解椎间融合器能促进椎间骨性融合，同时自身逐渐降解被新生骨取代。本文对各种材料可降解椎间融合器在动物实验、临床研究方面的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Interbody fusion cage has been widely used in spinal fusion surgery currently.Bioabsorbable cage can promote interbody fusion, while they can be absorbed gradually and replaced by new bone.Research advances in various materials of bioabsorbable cage from clinical trials and animal studies are reviewed in this article.
