心力衰竭的生物标记物研究进展

Research advances in biomarkers of heart failure

摘要: 心力衰竭是各种原因引起心脏泵血功能下降的临床综合征，反映心力衰竭病理生理的新型生物标记物，对心力衰竭的诊断、预后及治疗指导具有重要意义。本文根据生物标记物与心力衰竭不同病理生理通路的相关性进行分类，并对各生物标记物的临床应用及多生物标记物策略进行综述。

Abstract: Heart failure is a syndrome of cardiac pump dysfunction caused by various causes. Novel biomarkers reflecting different pathophysiological processes present in heart failure are crucially important for the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment guidance of heart failure. This article reviews the clinical applications of biomarkers based on the correlation between biomarkers and different pathophysiological pathways of heart failure, and the multiple-biomarkers strategy is also discussed.
