Research advances in molecular markers for diagnosis and prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma

摘要: 随着肿瘤生物学的发展及生物标记物在临床中的应用，p53基因、K-ras、Bcl-2蛋白、周期蛋白依赖激酶抑制因子等分子标记物在胆管癌中的作用逐渐被人们所认识。这些分子标记物在胆管癌的早期诊断、预后及治疗方面具有广阔的前景。

Abstract: With the development of tumor biology and biomarkers, the roles of p53 gene, K-ras, the Bcl-2 protein as well as protein cycle dependent kinase inhibitors have drawn much attention in bile duct cancer. These molecular markers carry broad prospects for the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of cholangiocarcinoma.
