口腔肠道微生物与心血管疾病关系的研究进展

Advances in relationship of human oral and gut microbiota with cardiovascular diseases

  • 摘要: 肠道微生物在医学领域受到越来越多的关注。使用新一代测序技术结合生物信息学技术对微生物群进行综合分析,扩大了对由宿主和微生物群组成的生态系统的认识。本文对口腔和肠道微生物与心血管疾病关系的研究现状进行了综述。

     

    Abstract: Microbes have been attracting increased attention in many fields of medicine recently. A comprehensive analysis of microbes using next-generation sequencing techniques together with bioinformatics technology has expanded our knowledge of a large ecosystem consisting of hosts and microbes. This article reviews the current research in relationship of oral and gut microbiota with cardiovascular diseases.
