Abstract:
Objective To explore the diagnosis of pulmonary Hodgkin lymphoma presenting as nodules and cavities.
Methods Clinical data about one patient with pulmonary Hodgkin lymphoma presenting as nodules and cavities were retrospectively analyzed and related literatures were reviewed.
Results A female, 18 years old, initially presented with swollen lymphnodes of left neck and backache. CT imaging showed nodules and cavities in bilateral lungs. The final pathological diagnosis was nodular sclerosing classical Hodgkin lymphoma.
Conclusion Pulmonary lymphoma should be considered when the lung imaging shows nodules and cavities.
