结节伴空洞表现的肺霍奇金淋巴瘤1例伴文献复习

Pulmonary Hodgkin lymphoma presenting as nodules and cavities in radiograph: A case report and literature review

摘要: 目的探讨结节伴空洞表现的肺霍奇金淋巴瘤的诊断。方法对2017年解放军总医院收治的1例CT表现为结节伴空洞的肺霍奇金淋巴瘤病例进行回顾并复习文献。结果患者女性，18岁，以左颈部淋巴结肿大、腰痛起病，CT示双肺多发大小不等结节，其内有空洞，病理诊断为经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤，结节硬化型。结论肺部影像表现为结节伴空洞时应警惕肺淋巴瘤。

Abstract: Objective To explore the diagnosis of pulmonary Hodgkin lymphoma presenting as nodules and cavities. Methods Clinical data about one patient with pulmonary Hodgkin lymphoma presenting as nodules and cavities were retrospectively analyzed and related literatures were reviewed. Results A female, 18 years old, initially presented with swollen lymphnodes of left neck and backache. CT imaging showed nodules and cavities in bilateral lungs. The final pathological diagnosis was nodular sclerosing classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Conclusion Pulmonary lymphoma should be considered when the lung imaging shows nodules and cavities.
