空间舱内环境及模拟微重力对葡萄球菌生物学特性的影响综述

Effect of space capsule environment and simulated microgravity on biological characteristics of staphylococcus

  • 摘要: 作为自然界最为常见的细菌之一,葡萄球菌在复杂的空间舱内环境及模拟微重力作用下, 出现了不同于地面的特殊分布、定植范围以及有意义的生物学特性变化。其中表皮葡萄球菌耐药基因表达出现了上调,突变频率也出现了明显的增加;而金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性、毒力等方面则出现了不同的变化。这种不确定性变化增加了致病性葡萄球菌对人类的潜在威胁,也使之成为了空间微生物学研究的热点。

     

    Abstract: Staphylococcus, one of the most widespread bacteria in nature, has a special distribution that is different from the ground condition and significant changes in its biological characteristics under complex space capsule environment and simulated microgravity. The expression of resistance gene of staphylococcus epidermidis is up-regulated, and the mutation frequency increases obviously, while the resistance and virulence of staphylococcus aureus shows different changes. This uncertain variation increases the potential threat of pathogenic staphylococcus to humans, and also makes it become a hotspot in the study of space microbiology.
