Abstract: Traumatic spinal cord injury is a severe trauma with high rate of death and disability. In recent years, neural interface has become a new research hotspot in this field. Epidural stimulation of the spinal cord is now moving from laboratory to clinical trials. In this paper, we summarize the evidence and prospect of therapeutic effects of neural interface for traumatic spinal cord injury.
