Abstract:
Amniotic fluid, as a major biological fluid for diagnosis and screening during pregnancy, is regulated by placenta, permeable skin, fetal lung exudate and gastric juice, which can reflect the health status of both mother and fetus. In this paper, the amniotic fluid metabolomics in the premature birth of maternal-fetal medicine is introduced, which is expected to find new biomarkers, accelerate the prediction of pregnancy related diseases and interpretation of pathogenesis, and promote pregnancy related diseases prevention and good maternal-child prognosis.
