冲击波在再生医学领域的研究进展

Research advances in application of shockwave in regenerative medicine

  • 摘要: 冲击波作为微能量医学形式之一已越来越多地应用于再生医学领域。临床及基础研究都证实冲击波能促进组织再生,并可以取得优良的临床疗效。干细胞作为再生医学的经典种子,众多研究都认为冲击波能够促进其增殖,加强其修复效能。随着进一步探索,更多研究致力于揭示或阐明其作用机制,以最大程度发挥其生物学效能。本文旨在对目前的研究成果及相关机制研究做一综述,为进一步深入研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: As a unique type of micro-energy medicine,shockwave has been increasingly applied in the field of regenerative medicine.Both clinical and basic studies have confirmed that shockwave can promote tissue regeneration and achieve excellent clinical efficacy.Stem cells,as the most classic seeds in regenerative medicine,its proliferation and repair efficiency can be promoted and enhanced by shockwave in many researches.With further exploration,more studies are devoted to reveal or clarify its mechanism,so as to maximize its biological efficiency.This paper reviews current research advances in this field.
