Abstract: With the increasing incidence of diabetes,diabetic ulcers become the primary cause of chronic wounds.In this paper,the effect of chronic high glucose environment on cells is explored to deeply understand the pathogenesis of diabetic ulcer.Besides,the advances in treatment of diabetic ulcers are also presented,which may provide evidences for the research and treatment of diabetic ulcer.
