核应急医学救援现场处置训练中生物样品采集方法与思考

Biological sample collection methods during on-site training for nuclear emergency medical rescue:experience and consideration

  • 摘要: 目的 分析核应急救援演练中生物样品采集的薄弱环节,探讨如何进一步改进相关战救技能及训练效果。方法 2018年10月,我中心核应急救援队展开近1个月的野外驻训任务,全程接受考核组专家的跟踪与考核,以检验快速、准确、高效救治核辐射伤员的能力。结果 此次演练较好展现了核应急救援的能力和整体素养,同时存在以下薄弱环节:漏采少量伤员的生物样品、采集后标本送检困难、培训演练不充分。结论 应合理配置战救人员,研发实用性强的集成化采集箱,开展经常性培训及演练。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore how to improve rescue skills and training effect of biological sample collection during on-site disposal training of nuclear emergency medical rescue. Methods In October 2018,the nuclear emergency rescue team of our hospital launched a one-month field training to test whether they had the ability of fast,accurate and efficient treatment for radiation injury. Results The nuclear emergency rescue team was competent in rescue,while there existed some weaknesses:missing collection of a few patients' biological samples,difficulty in sending samples for testing,and lacking of adequate training. Conclusion For the members of nuclear emergency rescue team,allocating rescue human resources,developing integrated acquisition instrument,and organizing regular training are of great importance.
